i'm not sure there's that much of a difference. The rhetoric is certainly different. Jevons rhetoric is more classi and in a more, in the sense, dictatorial. In talking about true preferences, i'm not sure that that's not sort of a smoke screen for exactly the same thing that the old paternalists were advocating. So i don't know, i'm still struggling with that, and i'm notSure what the correct view should bew.
