There are certain things that come with promotions, typically, you get paid more money. There's a signal that is sent. How can leaders and managers address the absence of these kinds of signals? I'm not a compensation expert by any stretch, and i don't play t v. Ther people are much more smarter figuring that out. But it definitely is something that that we have to have on our radar screens.
