How Vida Integrated Empathy Into the Design Cycle

Vida was built on a design process and it's a human center design process. Empathy is at the core of that, so as we're doing our design work, it automatically integrates this core value. So they actually care about what they're learning and how they're doing it. And then in a lot of ways also to express themselves in how they've mastered their learning.
