The Five Minute Rule

Set a timer for five minutes and put it on the calendar for a very specific time of day. The 5 minute rule is also applicable to starting new projects. If you fail at something I want you to start thinking of it as I just got new tickets. When you are practicing your mess muscles you're growing new capacity. Just as a way to change your brain, your brain's a reaction to failure. We would all be unevolved if we didn't have those moments in our lives.
