Burnout is not an individual problem. It's about the culture and how ers help set the tone for what that corporiculture is. If they want the culture to be supportive of time off, they need to model it. demanding a forty hours inside of the organ ation sets a corporate culture. And so ok, if that's what you're choosing, but you got to understand there are ramifications from burn out with that.
