I love what you're saying there about the mental impact of pain. I wonder if it's just simply because when you have to struggle for everything,. you don't have time to worry about unnecessary worries, or made up worries. There's defily that sort of trade off. Suffering can often be that the negatives could way outweigh the positives. But going for a good, hard run, or playing squash, or engaging in consentual sects of different sorts, can take your head away from things and that emendously powerful.
