I feel like in multiple directions, 2022 is the year of enough is enough. There were a lot of people returning to hustle, culture, brutal capitalism as their mainstay. So I'm either going back or I'm going forward, but I'm not staying here. It's about time. You had to start asking why more than just where you work.

Work in 2022 felt…a little messy. Or a lot messy: Back-to-office ultimatums; wages not keeping up with inflation; waves of layoffs in the tech industry; handwringing over quiet quitting. So… will this year be better, worse, or same old same old?
