ed grothia: I haven't necessarily tackled it before, but i spent seven years studying it. Was involved in board level decisions since two thousand 13. Have always brought that mind set to things when i'm working in a b to b company. Product is more inclusive than just the thing that you sell. It's the experience that's wrapped around it. You had a big bucket in talent at all levels. And then you have a bucket of marketing and custom acquisition. Those are the three sort of like main buckets on the product side.
