As a membership site grows, what ends up happening is that there's more and more content being added into the membership. As time goes on, people aren't buying stuff more. They're buying because they want to get a result. We just need to be intentional about continuously creating clarity and direction for our people. Another big a piece we kind of touched on it is being able to create that safe place for people.
