Are You a Good Fit for This Position?
Every position will have requirements, things you need that person to be able to do. Tell me of a time where a campaign was not workinga a funnel was not working. If they're not telling you an actual story of overcoming challenges in an area that you need them to perform at, they haven't done it or they're holding back something. The best people are onto be giving you some really honest stories about their experiences and how they overcame the challenge. This is great cause hiy'e going to weed oup people that just can't do the job for you.
