In the last decade, 19 80, ugoslavia was better. You know why? There was not yet a total economic fiasco. From 19 80, at least maybe 82, the innomenclatura were already preparing for the fiasco. So actually, i think that some of the governments in different republics were pretty good. Because they knew they don't have democratic legitimacy. And there's a level of conformity and group think that reminds me of the movie statford wives.
