I think the smartest people also have humility, because you realize that everyone knows something that you don't know. So i think the first thing is just become a good listener. If you want a team which is exciting to work on and to work ther, you have to become observant of interactions. I as a manager, initially, when i started being, you know, trying to be prolific and fast, you didn't listen enough to people. And i think id learned over my first few years that if you pay attention to people and see what's on their mind, you can make them happier, more productive.
