You Have to Trust Someone to Receive Their Information With Love
When you're in a relationship with someone, and they're talking, but you don't really get a chance to hear what they're saying, because you're trying to get your point across. By the end of the conversation, you've just been trying to fight your one point, as opposed to actually hearing each other. So an exercise that I've managed to work into life, not just relationship and love, but life period, if you give me what it is that your issue is, and I hear it, and then I'm able to repeat it back to you before I respond.
