How Do Forecasting and Decision Making Work?

The workshops are designed for three days. In general, i start by discussing the link between forecasting and decision making. And then we move on, in particular, to talk about background of forecasting models. We're using a real data set from a hospital. So basically we train learners to become for caster - those who generate or produce forecast.
