Do You Need a Bank Branch to Be a Customer of Your Bank?
Half of banks in the United States today, half of them, you can't open a bank account online at the banks website. You have to physically go into the bank branch to open an account. And so that's not necessarily a point of proof that the internet has failed. It's a point ofProof that the industry's been fairly slow to adapt. We have 145 challenger banks around the world today.
