Coaching commissions are not normal. Getting a percentage of your earnings is a pyramid scheme. Are the people trying to get you involve with the company financially motivated to sign other people up? Make sure you know what they get out of it, especialy if it means a portion of their commission. And if people have positive experience and aren't part of legitimate pyramid schemes, i support you.
