We're on an energetic level. And if you can appreciate that and just give yourself a little bit of time for that, you'll find that you're more powerful the more you fully commit to that really short period of 20 minutes. I love doing breath work in your son. Yes, that that's something that i highly recommend, especially folks who are, like meditation. It starts out with just simple breath work. Just breathing through the nose, activating the nitric oxide. We don't have to be paranoid and negativelike all this world's gone to hell. If we take that break from the care of our bodies, then we recognize these things that trigger us as healing.
