The History of Rock and Roll
In the 19 sixties, things are a little bit mixed up. Rock and roll comes to be considered music largely performed by and for white listeners. A lot of black artists come to be grouped under r and b. And underlying all this is what i think of as the mathematical fact of population in America. If you have black music, then, mathematically, that means you'll probably have white music too.
