In the business world, we just promote people past what they're actually thriving at. We need to completely revamp the way companies do business and how they promote people or don't promote people. But again, it kind of comes back to you have to be asking those questions of your people. Do you even want to be a leader? Right. And I think it's one of those old world strategies again,. You're good at putting nuts on the, you know, on the very belt. And so we're going to promote you to the leader and you just keep going up and up andup and up.
