I feel like I've always been entrepreneurial. Most everybody in my family started to run a business. So finding myself at a job where I stuck for 17 years was out of the norm for my family. At that point, I was ready to dive off and start investing in self-storage. And the economics of that are nearly that of buying a business as a typical search.
