i keep hearing that poton is this madman. That the only possible explanation for his behaviour is either senility, he's gone crazy or he's gone mad. And you know, i'm like, maybe those things are true, but you can't say that he hasn't been clear about what his red lines are. He's been saying this for 20 years, that ucrane joining the alliance is an absolute red line.
