For a normal person, at least where i live, in puritanical new england, the clergy and priests were untouchable. So then eventually that just becomes a thing to rebel against. And not just rebel against, but explore,. outside of e like, i didn't have any restrictions. I could explore it however i wanted. Indeed, think that's abuse. Isn't that some form of like, generational abuse that's been normalized by organized religion? Absolutely.
