How to Track Your Calories

I think the best thing about, you know, long format podcast, social media and the current state of the world is when in a new way that maybe somebody hasn't heard before. And when we can take those basics and almost in a way sort of be the cheerleader for the basics, because generally those basics are going to be low cost or no cost. For people in the health industry in particular, I think that they would benefit so much for at least like two to three weeks of tracking their calories. It's a good thing to do for a specific amount of time just to get an understanding of where you're actually eating from.
