Is TDD a Test Driven Development?

The TDD is short for test driven design so I'm not sure if we said it anywhere so test driven development development design yeah. When you write the test you give yourself a way to invoke that function in isolation without having to run the whole server. Once you have that then you can step into it with a Debugger very easily and you can just develop much faster. In software i think people don't do it enough but in machine learning especially not um partially because a lot of people just don't even bother writing functions, he says.
