The Importance of Transportation and Home
Don't drive everywhere. Go some places on foot and even if it's only part way. If you have kids, start teaching them about moving their own body. The whole e-bike thing has been pretty cool. I just read an article about a woman who did her first 2,000 miles on her e-bike. She takes the kids everywhere she used to drive, the post office school. It's so much better for everything to just walk to some places,. but we've totally gotten out of that habit.
