Meditation Techniques - Are They All the Same?

The tradition where secular mindfulness comes from is called inside meditation or viprasana meditation. What we are doing here is, as I said earlier, we're paying attention to what is present. So it's really like we're not fabricating anything. We just want to have tools. And in our meditation, we're actually practicing exactly the same tools that we then apply into everyday life.
