Nashville is a huge destination, especially on weekends. Our downtime here really starts around Thanksgiving because a lot of people are leaving through the end of February. We have pretty strict house rules, which I know some of the owners at first, those are two strict. And we let them know that we have exterior cameras that if there's going to be more than the guest count, we will catch you.
