When the police eventually found anna's body, the foetus inside her had been cut out. And this is why i think it was fred because he was the one that was vackin absesst of the bortions. I feel like if you were rena and you wanted her dead, you'd just kill her. It was fred. Fred cut cut it out. Maybe he didn't do the killing of anna, but he definitely cut out the baby. Just imagine how herrific that would have been.
