i'm glad you bought up the santa claus plot, i think every christmas movie ever has this plot. It's ironic to me that he had to pretend to be a woman to take some responsibility. He really wasn't taking responsibility for their raising. There're some questions, him turting a job without a talking to his wife and not even leading up to something.
