The Benefits of a Structured Workout
The training peaks workout builder allows coaches to essentially program that structure. It's broken down into segments of different durations for time based workouts or distances for distance based workouts. And then it's got your intensity zone. So whatever we have our own 80 20 zone system, but there are others. We were among the very first coaches on the platform to take advantage of it.
