Sleep is universal but it's also really personal and people have their own relationship with sleep. We spend a disproportionate amount of time in N3 sleep, which is kind of our slow wave deep sleep that we all crave. And then there's the other metrics that we tend to care about, like how consolidated our sleep is. For some people, they can have a short night of sleep that doesn't seem so bad because it was really consolidated and gave them what they needed.
