In certain sectors, I do a lot of healthcare, biotech. Growth deals are the name of the game. You see multi-billion dollar deals where cost synergies are not unimportant. And so, you know, creating an integration management office that is not an exercise and how do we put these two things together? It's instead an enablement office to enable that top line deal model.
