Are You Learning Leadership Skills?
Leaders need to remember it's not about what you know. It is actaly about what the team know together collectively. As alexander, we have a lot of strength in turns of our logical thinkingd and how we em sort of, you know, our problem solving skills. And i think there'll be things that we've learnt at college, at university, but yet, we're learning at we were learning a lot of technical and non technical skills. We often assume, well, that's normal, isn't it? Because for us it's normal, but it's not.
