The Relationship Between Beauty and Love

In Plato's symposium, beauty has all of these contradictions and mistakes and reversals. And in the dramatic exposition, everything is kind of going wrong. It turns out to be this kind of chaotic mess. That's something about the very essence of beauty. There's not a human being alive that doesn't respond to beauty. You don't normally think of beauty in the problem of evil. But I mean, because love has to somehow be the solution to the problem ofEvil. Love is the center of forgiveness.
