How to Persuade Your Kids to Be Responsible

You need to scaffold responsibility for children by showing them what they should do until it becomes a habit. If you abticate that responsibility, somebody else will run the room. Run the room and acknowledge the fact that it's your right to run the room, but it's also your responsibility to do so. Don't give it away. You know, I acknowledge that you need to take the reins of the classroom. And this is such a big point. And I know that this is quite a broad and most like more vague abstract point,. But it's such an important point for people taking over classrooms. So be the grown up.
