Decriminalization in the United States
There is a distinctive problem in the united states relative to law enforcement data, because it's not consistent. We have 18 thousand law enforcement agencies that report data in 18 thousand different ways. It would be great, like to be able to triungulate survey data with date on arrests. Decriminalization needs to be tied into how we reform fines and fees in the entire justice system as well. And if we're really going to upend the harms of the drug war, we need to up in at every single level yet.
