The second meditation i recommend that people do somewhere in that mid afternoon slump where you might have had the coffee or the chocolate or the nap. It only takes 15 minutes, and then you come back. And yu have this hit productivity and energy and creativity as if you'd taken a nap, but without the sleep hang over. New mam, when do you meditate? Is it first thing in the morning?
