What Are Your Favorite Books on Sociocracy?

The first resource id recommend is sociacracy for all dot org. There's a book called hello naborcracy, that is about the children's parliaments movement. And then conscious discipline by becky bailey, which is all about kind of self regulating as you're trying to help a student self regulated. I love it because it's trama informed and just rea has helped me with difficult, really difficult situations with students.
