When doing aerobics first, you're using some of the glycogen that might be used in resistance exercise. As soon as you start to lift the weights, it's going to reverse. The only problem I see with doing Aerobics first is that you'll be using some of your muscle glycogen. Some of these runners, when the glycogen runs out, they can't even move.
