There is some evidence that as we're having more and more rapidly growing foods, there's a correlation with a decrease in nutrient density. We only absorb about 10% of flavonoids from our diet; so what that means is that our body is very inefficient at absorbing these compounds. As we are getting to a more and more sedentary lifestyle, what we're starting to do is have a deconditioned cardiovascular system. And then the last thing that's kind of interesting is that dehydration appears to be correlated with brain fog as well.
