The Importance of Domestic Manufacturing
Adam Pozen: Don't be discriminatory on a broad based basis to make it made in America. The default is it doesn't matter where they make it, you're going to exclude China and Russia and Iran. He says Congress must stand up to Senator Manchin, Senator Wyden, many much less enlightened, engaged senators than them. And that's why the Biden administration is doing this because it's crazy to say that allies should not be treated this way.
