How Do You Source Your Properties?

Nick is looking for properties that he can add value to, and that added value will result in cash flow. In most cases, I'm looking for Properties that are below market and what they're charging. Nick uses a very basic approach of Google Maps to identify properties in an area. He does use a CRM software to manage his pipeline.
