The Importance of Delegating Processes and Procedures

I think probably under, we under indexed for how easy it would be to get new people to take on processes and procedures that we had all kind of figured out how to do. Like the ability to train someone to do something just because you've developed a skill set is like not at all the same thing. I wouldn't say a concern for us, but I think in a way that we could get more efficient. Sometimes we've got these people who are really good at 180 things across different apartments. And then you get folks in who are coming from a lot more structured, they're looking for guidance and a bit of a playbook. We'd like to have more of that there so that
