The Importance of Balance in the Interpretation of the Rules
There needs to be more transparency, more clarity on the protocols and how the interpretation would be which can come clearly through case law as well. The Secretary home has been given this power to decide and the review happens with the committee because this needs to be a balanced view. And wherever necessary and in case of challenge, this would be then decided by the appropriate cause or the concern cause here in this case like the case filed with the Supreme Court of India.
