Is There a Conflict of Interest With the Code of the House of Lords?
When sanctions were lifted, barker took a leave of absence from the lords to focus on iem plus. He insists there was never any conflict of interest with his membership of the house of lords. But he kept his title and remained extremely sensitive to further scrutiny. I know this because after tortoise published my first report on barken 20 19, his lawyers sent many long letters on his behalf,. claiming whith defamed him and that wid breach his privacy and copyright.
