How to Identify With an Attention Deficit

Meghan Kirstes: We're all in a spectrum of how our brains are able to connect to things that we, quote, should connect to compared to what we desire. So just noticing that where are the situations? What activities? What kind of people? What moments? What environments? Do I have a lot of capacity and attention for? This is an important inquiry because we stop identifying with this idea of having an attention deficit and we start getting curious. Well, let me start pivoting toward what I have attention for. And this becomes our medicine.
