How to Be a Better Listener

The only way to make yourself a better listener is to hyper-develop your Curiosity. When you're talking to another person, you have to be thinking like, well, what made them say that? What makes them act that way? That's a really interesting perspective. I'm sure I'm stealing that from Bernay Brown. Don't work on your presentation skills. Work on your Curiosity skills.
