i'm trying to make a video that i can put in front of my mother. talking to different demographics even though you should have a niche is importantYeah for sure um paddy how do you balance storytelling and like obsessing over analytics sometimes look past retention curves. I think as youtubers we sometimes have a bias towards micro drops and retention and not the full video so it's maybe like a short term loss or a long term gain because it learns something about you as a result of that exactly.
