You've been a big proponent, before anybody else, i think, of diversity and inclusionon a corporate level. You've famously got serena williams to join the board, and have really championed trying to get more women and people of color involved in leadership positions. What have you learned on that multi year journey an leadership position you've had in the industry in this regard? Is there a pipe line problem? Is that b s? And then how do you actually draw people in and wants a a diverse work for us to actually show up? I suppose to tried to convince them to show up....
