The Importance of the Aesthetics at Tiwonaco
The largest monolith in South America is located at the site and this was even seen by the first Spanish still standing there. The Tiwonaco would take the sacred concept of the monolith and reduce it down in size so they could still worship that. In residential context you had your sacred ancestors and you had several other sacred objects including small monoliths for sure.
